The Partnership was established in 1996 and is headed by Norman Lynagh who is a Chartered Meteorologist, a Fellow of the Royal Meteorological Society, a Member of the Academy of Experts and a Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute. He is a past Vice-President of the Royal Meteorological Society. Norman Lynagh has 50 years experience of providing weather services across the world. He has worked in all continents except South America and has spent considerable time working at sea as a weather forecaster. He brings an invaluable breadth of experience to the Partnership.
